Participant Agreement, Terms & Code of Conduct

This Agreement is entered into by and between YK’s Way by Yasir Khan (“YK’s Way”, “we”, “us”) and the undersigned participant (“Participant”).

By enrolling in any YK’s Way program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Program

YK’s Way delivers high-level transformation programs designed to develop mental discipline, physical performance, and conscious awareness.

This is not a casual program. It is built for individuals committed to growth, structure, and personal evolution.

Participation requires full engagement, responsibility, and adherence to the standards outlined below.

2. Commitment & Responsibility

By joining YK’s Way, you agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your participation, actions, and results
• You will engage with discipline, consistency, and respect
• You understand that transformation requires effort, not entitlement

Failure to meet these standards may result in removal from the program.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants are required to uphold the integrity of the YK’s Way environment:

• Respect & Discipline: Maintain respect toward all participants, coaches, and staff
• Compliance: Follow all instructions provided during sessions and activities
• Safety Awareness: Prioritize your safety and the safety of others at all times
• Environment Integrity: Disruptive, negative, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated
• Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of all participants; personal information must not be shared
• No Substance Use: Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the program
• Content Restrictions: No photos, videos, or recordings may be taken or shared without prior written permission from YK’s Way
• Punctuality & Attendance: You are expected to attend all sessions on time

Violation of these standards may result in removal without refund.

4. Payments, Refunds & Program Validity

4.1 Payments

All program fees must be paid in full prior to access unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Strict No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Personal reasons
• Medical conditions
• Travel issues
• Missed sessions

Enrollment secures access to limited capacity, coaching time, and intellectual property.

4.3 Program Validity

• Each program operates within a fixed duration
• Unused sessions will not be extended, paused, or carried forward

4.4 No Adjustments

Missed sessions are considered forfeited and:

• Cannot be rescheduled beyond policy limits
• Cannot be transferred, credited, or exchanged

5. Session Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice (Mandatory): Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late Cancellation (<24 hrs): Subject to a 50 AED charge
• No-Show: Full session fee (100%) will be charged

Cancellation Limits

• 50-session package: Maximum 5 cancellations
• 100-session package: Maximum 10 cancellations

Once limits are exceeded:

• Any further cancellations (even with notice) will be charged at 100%

Frequent cancellations are considered a breach of commitment and may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All systems, methodologies, materials, and content provided by YK’s Way are proprietary.

You agree:

• Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
• Not to share program access with others

Violation will result in immediate termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

7. Results Disclaimer

YK’s Way does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

All progress depends on:

• Your level of commitment
• Your consistency
• Your execution

You accept full responsibility for your results.

8. Health & Medical Disclaimer

You confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally fit to participate
• You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions

YK’s Way does not provide medical or psychological treatment.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that activities may include:

• Physical training (endurance, calisthenics, martial arts)
• Mental and emotional challenges

These involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or emotional stress.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

10. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless YK’s Way, its representatives, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

This includes:

• Personal injury
• Property damage or loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YK’s Way against any claims, losses, or legal costs resulting from:

• Your actions
• Your conduct
• Your violation of this Agreement

12. Emergency Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, you authorize YK’s Way to obtain medical assistance on your behalf.

All related costs remain your responsibility.

13. Media Release

You grant YK’s Way the right to capture and use:

• Photos
• Videos
• Recordings

for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation.

You waive the right to review or approve such content.

14. Termination of Participation

YK’s Way reserves the absolute right to:

• Refuse entry
• Suspend access
• Remove any participant

at its sole discretion.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances of termination.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within UAE jurisdiction.

16.Updates

YK’s Way may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services implies acceptance of any changes.
